Do you have a problem with your TV or Radio reception? If so, the majority of problems can be resolved using the ‘Check Reception Problems’ route, below – option 1. If you have followed the advice and not resolved the problem, a contact form is offered at the end of the journey.

If you want to report Pirate radio, use - option 2.

If you just want to send the BBC a message about a problem you have noticed with one of their services (e.g. Red Button) use the ‘Tell the BBC’ route – option 3 Note, this is an intelligence gathering route so we do not respond to messages received.
